Breathwork

Breathwork, particularly conscious connected breathing, has become a quiet anchor in the unfolding of my life.

I discovered this practice in 2018, at a time when I was standing at the crossroads of everything I thought I knew about myself. A dream I had cherished for thirty years came to a conscious end.

The breath became my steady companion. As my external world completely changed, it was my daily breathing ritual that held me grounded. I learned to trust this simple, ancient practice to bring me to my center and found a freedom I hadn’t fully experienced since I was a little girl.

My eyes got clearer, heart wilder, and dreams crystalized.

Now, I’ve built a scaffold of resolve within me, allowing me to stand in my own truth—stronger, more sovereign, and more deeply connected to the woman I was always meant to become.

My Mission

Breathwork has the power to free you.

It will give you the confidence to embrace your own strength and contribute to others in a meaningful way.

I’ve witnessed countless lasting personal evolutions, and I’m called to bring it forth.

The time is now, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

What exactly is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses intentional, guided breath techniques to improve our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Rooted in ancient traditions, it has recently gained widespread attention, bolstered by scientific research validating its transformative potential.

In a world where shallow, chest breathing is common due to modern stressors, diaphragmatic breathing offers a vital counterbalance. Over time, improper breathing patterns can lead to a depletion of oxygen and energy, contributing to dis-ease in the mind and body.

Today, breathwork is recognized as an effective alternative therapy for trauma, stress, anxiety, and sleep disturbances. One of the most powerful techniques, Conscious Connected Breathwork, involves continuous, circular breathing through the mouth, bypassing the usual pauses. This flow of oxygen and energy facilitates deep release, heightened self-awareness, and profound insights, leading many participants to feel inspired, renewed, and empowered.

Additional benefits include:

  • Relief from stress, anxiety, and grief

  • Increased emotional resilience and integration
  • Empowerment and a renewed sense of self

  • Restored immune system

  • Improved energy and mood
  • Strengthened forgiveness of self and other
  • Increased creativity
  • Remembrance of our interconnectedness and the blessings of our lives

  • Healing subconscious programming

  • Addiction recovery

Private breathwork sessions

In my private breathwork sessions, I provide a personalized experience tailored to your unique needs. We start with a check-in to explore your physical, emotional, and mental state, followed by a breath analysis to identify patterns that may be impacting your well-being. Together, we’ll set an intention for the session, creating a clear focus for your transformation.

As we move through the breathwork, I offer guidance, support, and motivation, helping you navigate the release of energy and insight. With or without a curated playlist, we align the session with your energy cycle for deeper integration and healing. I also incorporate essential oils, bodywork techniques, and gentle touch to enhance your experience and support the flow of energy throughout your body.

Afterward, we take time to reflect on any insights and discuss how to integrate them into your daily life, ensuring that the transformation continues beyond the session. These sessions offer a deeply nurturing space for healing, self-discovery, and empowerment, helping you reconnect with your true self and step into your fullest potential.

Group breathwork journeys

In our group breathwork sessions, I guide you through a transformative experience using a unique blend of words, curated music, and intentional bodywork. The session begins with an introduction to the power of breath, followed by a gentle warm-up to prepare the body and release tension.

During the 45-60 minute Conscious Connected Breathing practice, I lead you step-by-step as you breathe continuously in a circular pattern, while carefully chosen music enhances the emotional journey. This powerful practice promotes deep release, healing, and clarity.

The group dynamic amplifies the healing process, as our shared energy and collective intentions support each participant’s journey. Optional journaling and sharing allow you to reflect and integrate your experience.

These sessions create a safe, supportive space for transformation, self-discovery, and collective healing, empowering you to release old patterns and step into your fullest potential.
