Yoga Private Session

A Private yoga session synthesizes Kripalu and Katonah Yoga®.  The goal is to organize the structural alignment of the body. Then, the breath may be freed, and organ and glandular health optimized. Ultimately, we aim to potentiate a sustainable state of peaceful power so to live an even more creative and joyful life.

One may expect prop work , intelligent flow, and breath techniques.

These one-hour sessions are held in my home yoga space. Props and mats are provided.
