About Robin Giacomo

My childhood was twinkle-in-the-eye wonder: mostly barefoot, always in the deep woods, or riding my horse into a water hole.

At seventeen, I experienced an event so large it knocked me off center. I spent years searching for ground and freedom again, relying on coping patterns that helped me survive but didn’t let me live.

When my mom died pretty young, and our girls were still little, something in me cracked open wider. Motherhood and grief showed me the ways I’d been moving through life were no longer working, but I didn’t yet know how to change them.

In 2003, I found yoga. It fed my love of movement and intensity while gently bringing me back into my body. I started to catch my breath. I didn’t realize I’d been holding it for so long.

Whether through yoga, breathwork, coaching, or all three, when you work with me, you’ll find your freedom at the intersection of body, mind, and spirit. Together, we unlock your fullest potential, helping you embrace your humanity and experience the joy of being you.

As you step into your freedom, you create a ripple effect that uplifts your family, community, and beyond.
